Sold, Flipped, and For Sale! From start to finish this was a dream project and we couldn't have asked for better people to work alongside this project with. The original homeowners Ray & Ruth ("Super Ruthy") were the some of the most genuine and kind people we have had the privilege of working with. They were using their home to provide a place to live for two other people while living there themselves.
With Real Estate timing can become stressful and unpredictable, however we continuously reassured Ray & Ruth that we will get their home sold when their occupants and they were ready. At that point we then were able to connect them with our team in Texas who found them their next home! We then flipped this home and have it back on the market ready for the next homeowners! We love our community and having the opportunity to make properties like this reach their full potential!
